Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Winbox 02. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "You") and Winbox 02 ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by Winbox 02.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Winbox 02 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Winbox 02 platform.

Winbox 02 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our platform. Continued use of the platform following the announcement of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the Winbox 02 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are 18 years of age and above at the time of registration.
• You are registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
• You only have one (1) registered account at Winbox 02. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not prohibited from using online gambling services.
• You must not register using another person's identity or false information.

The registration process requires you to provide your full name (as per your MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. winbox 02 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

All financial transactions on winbox 02 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform accepts the following local Malaysian payment methods:

For withdrawals, the recipient bank account must be under the same name such as your registered winbox 02 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, while the maximum depends on your account tier and the method used. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–60 minutes on business days.

• winbox 02 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via local e-wallets.
• All withdrawal requests must be accompanied by proof of the original deposit if requested by the finance team.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit (same-source rule).
• Winbox 02 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation.

Winbox 02 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to our members, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and a VIP Rewards programme. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has its own rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual, IP address, device, residential address, or payment method.
• Placing bonus-funded bets on the same event from opposing sides (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Winbox 02 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time with reasonable notice.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses is considered fraudulent activity and may result in all associated accounts being frozen.

The winbox 02 VIP Rewards Programme operates on a points system accumulated from every wager placed. VIP points cannot be directly converted to cash and are subject to a set expiry period. winbox 02 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with 14 days' notice to affected members.

The specific rules for each game type and wager on Winbox 02 are as follows. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under conditions stipulated by Winbox 02.

5.1 Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Badminton, E-Sports)

• All sports bets are final once confirmed, unless the match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours.
• If a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, all original bets remain valid.
• For live (in-play) betting, the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In the event of an officially disputed match result, Winbox 02 will defer to the official ruling of the relevant sports governing body.

5.2 Casino Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Slots, Live Casino)

• All casino games use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG) or real live dealers for Live Casino games.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the wager will be fully refunded to the player.
• Winnings obtained through the exploitation of bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game will not be paid out, and the account in question may be subject to action.

5.3 Lottery

• Lottery bets are only valid when confirmed before the designated cut-off time.
• Lottery prize payouts will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the official results being announced.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Winbox 02 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and ensuring that no other party has access to your account.

• You are required to use a strong and unique password for your Winbox 02 account.
• winbox 02 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• Notify the winbox 02 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• winbox 02 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence.
• Balance transfers between different member accounts are prohibited except through officially approved methods.

Use of the Winbox 02 platform is subject to certain standards of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to automate betting or gameplay.
• Any form of hacking, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or attempts to manipulate the Winbox 02 system.
• Collusion between players in games involving head-to-head competition.
• Use of illegally obtained funds (money laundering) through the Winbox 02 platform.
• Registering under another person's name or using another person's personal information without their consent.
• Credit card fraud, unauthorised chargebacks, or any form of financial fraud.
• Threatening, offensive, or abusive language when interacting with staff or other players.

Winbox 02 takes your privacy seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms in their entirety. Please refer to Privacy Policy us for full details.

In summary, Winbox 02 collects the data necessary for the following purposes: identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the user experience. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Winbox 02 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified period.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves.

When an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the user within 5–10 business days. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, the account balance may be subject to full forfeiture.

The Winbox 02 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, Winbox 02 does not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unplanned downtime.

• Winbox 02 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical system failures beyond our control.
• winbox 02 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• winbox 02's liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.

Winbox 02 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that online entertainment should remain an enjoyable experience and must never become a financial or emotional burden to our users.

Winbox 02 provides the following account management tools, which any member may request at any time through their account or our support team:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a total deposit limit for a specified period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum allowable loss limit per day or per week.
• Cool-Off Period: Suspend account activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform entirely for 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles. winbox 02 will endeavour to resolve any complaints or disputes through our internal process in the first instance.

Winbox 02 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
